Anusara Immersion and 200HR Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Kenny Graham and Sianna Sherman
The Immersion is an in-depth course in the fundamental principles of Anusara’s Tantric philosophy and asana alignment and practice. All three parts equaling 100 hours must be completed in order to receive a Certificate of Completion and to become eligible for the Anusara Teacher Training, which is phase 2 of this training. The method of Anusara is elegant in its simple organization, yet the philosophy and practice are highly sophisticated. In this comprehensive training, students will study every aspect of Anusara yoga in detail. This includes all asanas from the Level 1 and 2 syllabi (and partial Level 3), yoga philosophy, all components of the biomechanics (including Anatomy) and the opportunity to be in a circle of loving community.

Bio-
Kenny Graham is a fully Certified Anusara Yoga teacher. He has studied under the best teachers in the world and is full of gratitude for his teacher and mentor Anusara Yoga’s founder John Friend. Kenny teaches workshops, teacher trainings,immersions and retreats in the United States and around the world. His passion is to support others in finding more ease in their life and in discovering their own unlimited potential. Stage 1 (Immersions 1-3) is designed to deepen practice and to awaken bodies, minds and hearts. The Immersions are appropriate for students and teachers. Stage 1 and Stage 2 together suffice as a 250 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training program. Prices do not include tax or the non-refundable application fee. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for all programs. Applications will be reviewed once the application fee is received. Upon completing a level, you have 18 months to complete the remaining modules.
